When I started rope flow a few months ago, I enjoyed making my own rope from an unwanted climbing rope a neighbour had given to me long before I knew what rope flow was. I made a nice job of the handles and epoxy glued ends.
I had followed the Spiral Flow videos and when I saw mention of the Inferno, I weighed my home made rope; at 335gm I realised something heavier might be the next step.
First, the quality and finish of the new rope is excellent and I appreciated the recyclable envelope it arrived in.
Having already mastered a few of the basics, using the Inferno rope wasn’t like starting again but the experience is way different and is now much more of a workout accompanied by a new deeper sound. Altogether, money well spent and highly recommended.

I've been considering rope flow for a while but after seeing Spiral flow ropes on YouTube decided to give them a go. Delivery was fast and the rope itself looks great and feels quality. With the help of video tutorials I've "mastered" several moves already and my shoulders feel great! I can't wait to be able to put it all together in a flow. Highly recommend.
